Dr. Sanjiv Malhotra is the founder and CEO of Sparkz, a lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage manufacturer. A three-decade energy sector leader, investor, and executive, he previously served as the inaugural director of the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Investor Center across two presidential administrations.
Malhotra also founded methanol fuel cell leader Oorja Protonics. He holds seven patents, over 40 publications, a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
